Unhappy with your pet portrait or family painting? Yes, you can receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with the initial approval. However, if you request any changes after the initial approval, the refund policy will no longer apply.

However, if your order arrives damaged or the artwork doesn't meet your expectations, here's what you can do:

Did your order arrive damaged? Snap a photo of the damage and send it to hello@myhappyworldshop.com. We'll help you get a replacement.

Can I cancel my order once it's placed?

Because our portrait products are custom-made, we kick off the creative process as soon as your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, shoot us an email at hello@myhappyworldshop.com within the first 1 hours of placing your order, and we'll process a refund at our discretion. Unfortunately, after the initial 1 hours, cancelling your order won't be possible.

Kindly be aware that any modifications to your order, such as cancellations, photo swaps, frame size upgrades, etc., cannot be accommodated after 1 hour from the time your order was placed.

What if my portrait arrives damaged?

We take extra care in packaging to ensure your posters and framed posters arrive safely. If there's any damage, snap a pic and email us at hello@myhappyworldshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll replace or refund the frame and shipping costs (not the illustration).
